Retreats at Dhanakosa

For a deeper dive come on retreat - a week of movement practice, meditation and Buddhism - on the shores of Loch Voil in wild and beautiful Balquhidder Glen in central Scotland.

I’ll be teaching movement on these retreats in 2023:

Elemental Body: movement, nature and meditation 14-21 April A retreat for people who have been on retreat before or have an established meditation practice. We’ll weave dance, nature awareness practice and meditation to explore our experience as living beings in a living world. More info and book here.

Wild swimming, embodied movement and meditation 21-28 July An introductory retreat, open to all. This retreat will take a playful approach to reconnecting with the body through the elemental experience of water and through movement. More info and book here.

Rain on still waters: contemplating the five skhandas 20-27 October A Triratna regulars retreat, for folk already practicing within the Triratna Buddhist Community. We’ll be studying the five skhandas - different facets of our experience - and exploring them in movement to bring our understanding into our bodies. More info and book here.
