A retreat is an opportunity to step back from everyday life and give yourself the gift of space and time for yourself.
I offer day retreats, weekends and week-long retreats - all include include guided movement and meditation, time to follow your own dance, time to rest, to connect with others and time to be in the wild and beautiful landscapes of central Scotland.
Experience levels are indicated on each retreat - some are open to all, others to those who have been on retreat before or are familiar with meditation practice.
