Jayachitta - ‘Who am I?’ workshop in Inverness, 15-16 June 2024

To be alive is to be related. What we call ‘I’ and what I call ‘you’ are both vehicles of that relating. They are a play between our experiences of being in this world with others.

In movement and in meditation, we will start to listen and to play. We will experience ourselves in the world as part of the world, rather than engaging in talking about the world. In this way we discover that our life, our experience is always new and always fresh.
